I just have noticed that there is a Google PageRank toolbar update today (31st Dec,2008) however, I am not sure if it's an official PR update but has been analyzed by many webmasters / bloggers got new / updated PageRank for their sites / blogs.
Your updated PageRank (PR) can be seen through the Google Toolbar. You can download it from - http://toolbar.google.com.
And can also be checked through sites like -

http://www.prcheckingtool.com/
