Today, when I have made login to Google webmaster tools to check out indexing status for a client website. I have found a script saying - We want to hear from you! Take the Webmaster Tools user survey and help us improve.

Its like, Google is going to make it more useful to webmasters now by taking a survey for its Webmaster Tools where you will get the questions like -

and many other questions are there to find the webmasters satisfication for this G tool...

May be, i am late here to make this information in blog but I found it exciting to me and somehow to others also. So, lets help Google in its survey.

Google Indexed my blog

Yeah! Google has indexed my blog and showing the cache snapshot of it that it has been crawled on 12th feb, 2008 09:53:53 GMT by Google crawlers.

So, what I want to conclude here is that it can take time but if done in a right way, you could make G spiders to index your blog in a short period.

Yet not indexed by Google

We all, always says that Google is very fast in indexing new sites and blogs. But is it so?
It may be for the new domains but what about subdomains and blogs? I created this blog and have made my first post on Monday, February 11, 2008 with the list of free SEO tools but not yet indexed by Google.

Now, let me give you the points, which I have made to make it indexed -

• Backlinks - As we always suggest every new SEO that put your link at the web page / website which is already indexed and having regular indexing. So, have putted out this blog link in some of the websites which are very popular and have fast indexing by Google, even having the same theme, means the proper relevancy has been taken.
• Social bookmarking - As we all know, social bookmarking sites are very fast in Google indexing and your bookmark can be indexed in some of minutes after bookmarked by you. So, I thought it will help and have made bookmarks for some of my posts in sites like Digg, Sukip etc.

Even, I am seeing in the SEO forums that people complaining the same issue. Check it here and also here.

And tell you what - Yahoo already indexed it which is considered as the laziest search engine in crawling new items on web, always takes big time to index new sites and blogs.

So, still waiting for Google indexing. Lets see, how much time it will take for Google.

Google Valentine's Day Celebration

Valentine's Day (14th Feb, 2008) is going very precious and fun for everyone today.

In present times, this festival has emerged as a popular dating and gift-giving festival. Many people celebrate the day out of obligation rather than celebration. So, people go and tell your love ones - how much you care about them? Share your feelings and go for a party.

I am seeing our staff is organising a party today in the office, there will be a tasty strawberry cake (I love it ;)) and some romantic music.

Google is also celebrating it by changing its Logo in the Valentine's Day Theme for this day. They have placed a aged couple shows that there is no age limit for LOVE.

In organic or natural SEO, content and links are in the main concern and will only be used to drive targeted traffic from the major search engines including Google, Yahoo, AOL, AltaVista and MSN Live Search without dealing in any kind of PPC sponsor listings.

Organic SEO stands on two pillars – Content and Links.
Content should have the targeted keywords in the web page with the appropriate keyword density. It must be the interesting and relevant to the visitors. Search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN Live Search always recommend the fresh content on websites as that is only their (search engines’) food. If you have a website and optimizing for a particular keyword, then you must have that keyword in your web page.
